From humble beginnings of a small developer AJW property has grown into a landlord providing both commercial and industrial properties to a wide range of Staffordshire based businesses- and we’ve not stopped there!

AJW Property Services started with the purchase of “World of Stone” in Alexandra Rood Stafford in 1987.

A number of acquisitions and disposals later, we moved on to developing prestigious industrial units- notably at Jupiter and Saturn Business Parks on the Hixon Airfield Estate.

The Planet theme is set to continue when we develop Mercury Business Park- one of our new sites recently acquired in St. Albans Road, Stafford.

We have long standing relationships with our clients- Most of our existing customers have grown with our facilities.  Some of our clients started with as little as 2000sqft and have now grown into 8000sqft!

Our aim is to provide suitable premises for a wide range of businesses, and our current tenants range from small family run businesses to high tech industrial production facilities.

We have been able to repeatedly deliver to our customers- providing the flexibility to accommodate the changing needs of a business, in most cases within the same site-promoting continuity.

We purchase land for development, in addition to industrial, commercial and residential property for rental.  We have other exiting new developments due in the near future.  Our style of property management is based predominantly on trust- this is of course supported by the necessary relevant legal documentation. 

Having been in business for nearly 30 years we have a good understanding of the requirements of a potential tenant and attempt to prepare a package that meets the needs of both parties.
